2G - Greedy for Giga rupees...

Once there lived a happy family in Tamilnadu. Indeed a very big family. It had ruled n ruling the state as well as part of the central gov. The big family gets into trouble because of just 2G (2 Greedy for Giga rupees, u know the value). The CBI has started its investigation, hope it will continue that without any hindrance. It has performed raids at associates of the key people. Why the CBI didnt raid the residence of one of the main suspect, because its also the residence of the CM? Let the CBI raid all the places of the these family members. It would be nice to see the CBI raids at CM's house when the CM's party is supporting the central gov.

Is it only this family involved in this??? The whole corporate family of India involved in this spectrum corruption. This clearly shows how the corporates function! These greedy corporates take the easy route to achieve big. The already corrupted politicians easily take money or partner with them and change gov rules for them!!

The few companies which got 2G licenses doesn't even exists. To get a BSNL telephone connection we need to produce address proof, ID proof, etc. and these companies produce all fake documents that the gov could not even verify those before issuing licenses. Is this called "Kanmoodi thana maana" corruption. The tapes prove that all the major telecom companies have deal for their Telecom Minister.

Here, the scapegoat is the PM. He can very well say the only 2G he knew are SoniaG n RahulG! He can better resign and ask RahulG or SoniaG to take the position. He may be honest, but he has to reply for the Supreme Court's questions!

The future may refer him as "The Honest PM in the most corrupt government in India" (read somewhere).

Is this the reason why Rahul says he doesn't like the coalition gov. CM says he doen't know anything about this! PM says he also doesn't know anything abt this. Then why these people are in those responsible positions. Let them resign or they should punish the guilty.

DMK can say all is fare in politics (Arasiyalla ithellaam saatharanum pa).

For Congress this s not new.

People can vote for change in the state n the history repeats...

Love is a powerful painkiller

London, Oct 14 (IANS) Intense romantic love is like a drug and can be as effective as morphine in relieving pain, says a new study.

Passions triggered by the early flushes of a relationship block physical pain in a similar way to painkillers and drugs.

Scientists in the US tested the theory on a group of male and female university students who were in the passionate early stages of a love affair.

They were shown photos of their partners while a computer-controlled heat probe placed in the palms of their hands delivered mild doses of pain, reports The Telegraph.

At the same time, the students had their brains scanned by a functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) machine.

The study showed that feelings of love, triggered by seeing a photo of one's beloved, acted as a powerful pain killer.

Focusing on a photo of an attractive acquaintance rather than a relationship partner did not have the same benefit.

The scans revealed that the effects of love could be compared with those of morphine and cocaine, both of which target the brain's 'reward centres'.

Sean Mackey, study leader at Stanford University Medical Centre in California, said: 'When people are in this passionate, all-consuming phase of love, there are significant alterations in their mood that are impacting their experience of pain.

Shrink The World!!!

Shrink The World!!!

If we could shrink the earth's population to a village of precisely 100 people, with all the existing human ratios remaining the same, it would look something like the following. There would be:

57 Asians ; 21 Europeans; 8 would be Africans ; 52 would be female; 48 would be male;70 would be non-white;30 would be white;

6 people would possess 59% of the entire world's wealth and all 6 would be from the United States.

80 would live in substandard housing;

70 would be unable to read;

(ONE)1 would be near death;

(ONE)1 would be near birth;

(ONE)1 (yes, only 1) would have a college education;

(ONE)1 (yes, only 1) would own a computer.

When one considers our world from such a compressed perspective, the need for acceptance, understanding and education becomes glaringly apparent.

And, therefore . . .

If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep, you are richer than 75% of this world.

If you woke up this morning with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the millions who will not survive this week.

If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish someplace, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.

If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful, you are blessed because the majority can, but most do not.

If you can read this message, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.

As you read this and are reminded how life is in the rest of the world, remember just how blessed you really are!

What an IdeaG...

Yelagiri Trip Continues...

This is our group. Naanga enga eppo ponaalum onna thaan povom.

On Saturday, 8:45 AM started from Chennai.
6 hours drive from Chennai started with Antakshari... There were many good singers in the group(Im not telling about me:) Then other games also went on in the bus.

At last reached Yelagiri at 2:30 PM. The lunch was OK for me. It was very good for others. Especially Nags. Took rest in the room. Was watching Reena Joseph on some TV channel.

Evening, went to the lake side. People were waiting for boating there! They won't allow boating after 6 PM and we were the last one to get a boat.
After that we went around the lake by walk and also the photo session starts.

Find why the boat is inclined?

Kamal falling sick...

One dog was following us, actually following only one particular person? It might have seen a bone:)

Paavam Kamal fell sick and he didn't come for the games. He was normal only when we start from Yelagiri:-)
The dinner was very very good. But others didn't like much. Especially Nags, here also:)

No plan to watch Karate Kid movie, we guys started Poker game. Actually only one person(Nagu) knows the game very well. We just learnt and then played till 2:30 AM!
At last he himself lost the game:(

The winner is here...

In between there was a b'day celebration and we had chocolate ice cream at 12 AM, very very early in the morning!(Don't know this only made me also fall sick)

7 AM Sunday, trekking started. It was a very nice experience for me. I think, first time Im trekking for 6 kms! Was little bit difficult while climbing. But was OK. At last reached the cliff and again photo session starts.

Why there is a lot of distance between 1st & 4th person?

Then breakfast, some people didn't bath itself. Especially?(I took bath in cold water that may be another reason for my fever!) After that, games, lunch and started to Chennai at 3:30 PM.

Again the same group in the bus! Now started with Dumb Charades. All the people performed well. Ram's performance of "Valli" movie was really good:)

Then what, again Antakshari. Actually we can give best singer awards to many people in our group(enakku illa).
First yaruku kudukalaam ? Mike Mogini award.... Goes to Nancy Jenifer. Jenifer ruku oru "O" podunga!.
Next? Mike Mohans award... Goes to Dinesh & Nags. 1 more "O" podunga!!
Best Bollywood singer? who else Anuraaaaag only! Actually he sings very well. Hey U can try for Airtel Super Singer Junior da:) "O" podunga.

At last, Best "MOKKAI" award goes to VJ, NJ, PEPSI, CLTN for their final contribution(mobilehide&seek) in the bus!!! Nallaa "OOOOOOOOO" podunga pa(enakku illa)

The END...
